I live in LA and I love it, most of the time.
My seriously cute rent-controlled apartment near the beach in Santa Monica probably helps. Then there’s the weather, an always sunny 74 degrees. There are hideous things about living here too…dating and house prices, both still shocking.
From the good to the evil, my adventures are all true. I’m a writer at an ad agency. The jobs for hit tv series writer/director/ producer were all filled up. But really, I think my life here after 13 years is pretty great.
If you don’t like something I’ve written, feel free to complain to the manager. Keep in mind, I walk dogs at a nearby shelter and deliver Meals on Wheels. So get over it, it’s all about getting a laugh. I used to dream of being a comedienne. But I don’t like people looking at me.
